KALABURAGI: The police have arrested three people for attacking another individual with machetes in the court complex here. The arrested are Prashanth Patil (20), Veeresh Patil (19) and Ramu Patil (38).
The trio, armed with machetes, chased one Dheeraj in the court complex and attacked him. They were apprehended by the public and lawyers and later handed over to the police.
The injured Dheeraj has been admitted to a private hospital. It is suspected that the attack took place over personal rivalry. The Station Bazaar police have registered a case and taken up further investigation.
