BENGALURU: A man thrust a gun at his house owner’s forehead and mouth for questioning him about shouting at the latter’s mother. The attacker also assaulted the house owner later. The incident was reported on Muddinapalya Main Road in Gidadakonenahalli, Bengaluru, under Kengeri Gate sub-division police limit on Monday and the entire incident was captured on CCTV camera.

Anil and his son Bharath, and a few others, have been accused of assaulting Kaushik and his brother Nandan, residents of Gidadakonenahalli. The accused are now absconding.

Anil owns Royal Borewell and is a tenant in the house of Kaushik and Nandan. They quarreled with the mother of Kaushik and Nandan for asking them to vacate the house. Following this, Kaushik questioned Bharath over the phone about it. Then, they went to meet Anil at his house, but he was not available at that time. So they went to Anil’s office.

Anil and his gang assaulted them in his office, dragged the two on to Muddinapalya Main road and threatened Kaushik and Nandan, pointing a firearm at their forehead, and using abusive language.

A complaint has been filed against Anil, Bharath, Raju, Chandan and others, and the Annapoorneshwari Nagar police are on the lookout for them.

This is not the first time that Anil has committed such an act. He had earlier courted trouble after firing in the air from his weapon.
