BENGALURU: The murder case of techie Sharmila has taken a new turn with the FSL report revealing the presence of the accused’s semen on the victim’s clothes. The police suspect that the accused may have sexually assaulted Sharmila after killing her.
According to the police, the accused initially tried to rape Sharmila, but when she resisted, he pushed her down and strangled her to death. After killing her, he removed her clothes and raped her, leaving his semen on her body and clothes.
The police are now awaiting the FSL report to confirm the rape. The report may reveal whether Sharmila was raped while she was alive or after she was killed.
