BIDAR: A school teacher, who had called Union Minister of State for Chemicals and Fertilizers Bhagwant Khuba, posing as a farmer and complained of fertilizer shortage in his village, has now been suspended.
Srimath Patil, a resident of Hedapur village, is a teacher at the government school in Jirga K village in Aurad taluk. An audio clip of his conversation with the Union minister over alleged shortage of fertilizer in his village had gone viral.
Block Education Officer H S Naganur said the teacher has been suspended for inappropriate behaviour with the minister and sharing the audio clip on social media.
