Teacher, who goes to save another life, dies in hospital due to infection

UDUPI:  A 34-year-old teacher, who went to save another woman’s life through liver donation in Kundapura, lost her own life. The deceased Archana Kamath, a lecturer at a college in Mangaluru.

Archana had volunteered to donate her liver to a 69-year-old relative undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Bengaluru. She was admitted to a hospital in Mangaluru for the liver donation procedure. However, she succumbed due to infection.

Archana’s tragic death has left her family, friends, and colleagues in shock and grief. Her selfless decision to donate her liver to save another life is an inspiring example of humanity and generosity.
