CHITRADURGA: A man scalded his wife with a hot iron box, as he suspected her fidelity, at Molkalmuru in the district. The victim is undergoing treatment at a hospital in Ballari while the accused is missing.
Nagesh inflicted burns on his wife Pooja on the face, arms and legs on August 15. However, the incident has come to light only nnow. It is said that Nagesh’s father Chandranna was also involved in the attack.
Following the incident, a case was registered at the Molkalmuru police station. The police are now on the lookout for Nagesh and Chandranna who are on the run.
