BENGALURU: Multilingual actress and politician Sumalatha Ambareesh celebrated her 60th birthday in a grand manner on Saturday night at a private hotel. A huge star cast from the film industry graced the birthday party and wished her.
This was her first birthday after the marriage of Abhishek and Aviva Bidapa.
Surprisingly, Kiccha Sudeep and Darshan participated together at the party after six years of rivalry. They were spotted within the same vicinity, and their being in the same venue has created waves among Kannada film fans. Most of them are talking that their rift seems to be almost over.
Sumalatha Ambareesh, speaking at her birthday bash about the rivalry between Kiccha and Darshan, said, “This is our personal programme. They will not be treated differently. They will be like everyone in the same family. I don’t like to talk more about this, it is a very personal matter”.
The presence of two stars has created waves in the industry, raising the question of whether their six-long-year rivalry ends with the intervention of Sumalatha. Another speculation is that they will be acting together in a film.
