BENGALURU: Social media personality Sonu Srinivas Gowda has spoken out through a video on Instagram that she harassed online by Darshan fans for her silence over his arrest.
She said some of Darshan fans were posting vulgar comments on social media as she did not speak about their favourite actor’s arrest in the Renukaswamy murder case.
In a video on Instagram, Sonu Gowda said,” I am getting very vulgar comments on Instagram, YouTube as I did not talk about Darshan’s arrest. We are still too small to talk about such a big personality. We haven’t grown enough in stature to talk about them yet. Once we’re fans, we will remain fans forever. Whoever does wrong should be punished. Whether we are good or bad, the judgment will be delivered. Wait for that. I hope that Darshan sir is not involved in the murder case, he would not do such a thing. He is such a kind person, nurturing animals, helping many people. I wish he comes out of jail safely. Until then, don’t leave bad comments. Until then, I pray that God give courage and strength to both families”.
Recently, Sonu Srinivas Gowda was arrested by the Byadarahalli police on charges of illegal adoption of a girl child. The arrest was made during a joint operation by Child Protection Department officials and the police.
