BENGALURU: The SIT on Monday conducted a spot inspection of the Maharshi Valmiki ST Development Corporation in the presence of the two accused in connection with the alleged corruption scandal.
The SIT searched for digital evidence at the office and seized important documents. The officials also seized fake letters, fake seals, and the registration book signed by the minister’s close aides when they visited the office.
A team of SIT officials led by DySP Anju Mala raided the corporation’s office. The SIT has taken the minister’s close friend, Nekkunti Nagaraj, into custody.
