Siddaramaiah to keep off election campaign for four days due to health issues

BENGALURU: Congress leader Siddaramaiah will not be taking part in the election campaign for four days due to health issues. Siddaramaiah, who is contesting from Varuna segment, is leading the party campaign along with KPCC president D K Shivakumar across the state.

Siddaramaiah has suffering from pain in the hand pain and has  been advised by doctors to take rest. Hence, he will be out of action for about four days.

Recently, Siddaramaiah had announced that he will be campaigning in 70 constituencies across the state, covering four segments every day. He will get back on the campaign trail after he makes recovery, but may find it difficult to cover all the 70 constituencies ahead of the polls.
