BELAGAVI: A district court has sentenced a sexual predator to 20 years in jail along with a fine of Rs 10,000 for sexually assaulting a minor.
The convict is Kempanna Harijan (29). The incident had occurred in Gokak Rural police limits in 2018 and police inspector Sridhar Vasant Satare had submitted the chargesheet.
Special public prosecutor L B Patil argued the case on behalf of the prosecution.
