MANGALURU: A part of the spectators’ gallery collapsed, leaving many injured, during a kabaddi tournament at Ullal here on Sunday evening.
The pro-kabaddi tournament was organised by the Ullal Friends team and hundreds of people were seated in the spectators’ gallery watching the matches.
Suddenly, a portion of the gallery collapsed, leaving many injured. The players seemed to be unaware until some of the other spectators on the other side of the kabaddi court raised an alarm. Luckily, there were no casualties.
