CHIKKAMAGALUR: A tourist bus from Bengaluru overturned at a sharp turn near Kalmakki-Kanchigane in Kalasa taluk on Saturday, causing injuries to several passengers. While Two passengers suffered serious injuries, several others sustained minor injuries.
The bus, carrying over 45 tourists, was headed to Horanadu when the accident occurred. Luckily, there were no fatalities. The injured were taken to a private hospital in Kalasa for treatment. The police have registered a case and are investigating the incident.
