RAICHUR: A eighth standard student at a government school in Killarahatti village died after he came in contact with a power line on the school campus on Tuesday.
Mallikarjun (13) was playing cricket with his friends on the school grounds. When he went to fetch the ball, he came in contact with a power cable above the under-construction midday meal hall and was electrocuted.
The Mudagal police have registered a case.
