CHAMARAJANAGAR: A wild deer, also known as sambar, which had strayed from the forest, was rescued by the Forest department staff at Bommalapura village in Gundlupet taluk, after it entered a house.
The deer had entered the house of Rajesh, causing panic, and was subsequently locked inside. The Forest department was informed, and the staff arrived on the scene and rescued the deer. It was then safely released into the Kundakere forest area.
