KOLAR: The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) will take out a huge route march from Vakkaleri to the town on Sunday. The 16-km march is being held for the first time in south Karnataka.

Despite objections from the police, the RRS march will pass through sensitive locations Clock Tower to enter the city. Though permission was given for the march on the highway, the route was later changed to enter the city through the Clock Tower.

About 2,000 RSS volunteers are expected to take part in the route march and volunteers from Kolar, Chikkaballapur and Bangalore Rural districts will be part of it. The police have made strict security arrangements including installing CCTV cameras along the route.
