MANDYA: Members of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) on Monday conducted a route march in Nagamangala. The town had witnessed communal clashes during Ganesha idol immersion last month.

The RSS route march started from the Soumyakeshwara temple and passed through the main streets of the town including the mosque which was at the centre of the recent communal clash.

The police had made tight security arrangements for the route march.
