Rs 1 crore cash seized at Farhatabad checkpost

KALABURGI: The police have seized Rs 1 crore in unaccounted cash from a car at the Farhatabad checkpost under Afzalpur Assembly constituency on Friday.

The police found the cash while checking a car belonging to ne Ravi Mudabula, who was carrying it without any valid documents.

The car was plying from Kalaburgi to Madabula. The police have detained Ravi for further investigation and to establish the source of the money.
