Rs 1.68 lakh stolen from two-wheeler after diverting rider’s attention on Mudaliyar Street in Halasur

BENGALURU: A thief stole Rs 1.68 lakh from a two-wheeler rider after diverting his attention in Halasur area. The victim, Subramani, had collected the cash from a bank in Indiranagar and had some amount collected as pigmy deposits.

Subramani, a resident of Baiyyappanahalli, had withdrawn Rs 50,000 from Canara Bank in Indiranagar. He had also collected money from his pigmy collection job, which was kept in his two-wheeler glove box.
