On Tuesday Rohini Sindhuri presented herself in court and recorded her statement before the judge. She also highlighted that Roopa has been posting defamatory comments on social media though a court has issued an injunction order against any such publication. Roopa is deliberately targeting her at regular intervals, she contended.

Though the Chamarajanar oxygen death issue during the Covid pandemic has been investigated by the government and a report present, Roopa is dragging the issue into public discourse just to defame her, Rohini contended.

The ACCM-24 court judge, who heard the plea, has posted it for furthering hearing on March 3.
