BENGALURU: Regional Commissioner Aditya Amlan Biswas on Monday submitted a report to the State Election Commission on the alleged voter fraud involving the Chilume Trust.
The report mentions about the funds involved the alleged scam and the role of officials involved. Based on the complaint, the Election Commission will take further action.
The Central Election Commission (CEC) had earlier sent a team to probe the case and. Meanwhile the city police too are investigating. A 1,000-page chargesheet in the alleged scam has already been submitted in court.
