BENGALURU: Pavithra Gowda, who is prime accused in the kidnapping and brutal murder of Renukaswamy, has fallen ill while in the custody of the Kamakshipalya police today.
A doctor was called to the Annapoorneswari Nagar police station this afternoon for a health check-up. Now doctors have taken Pavitra Gowda to a hospital for further treatment.
She is currently in police custody and the investigation is under way.
It is said that Pavitra Gowda is ill because she did not have proper meals and snacks while in police custody. He had not eaten even this afternoon. Therefore, he fell ill during continuous interrogation. The police immediately called the doctor to the station. The doctors said she had not eaten properly and was sick.
