Pvt firm employee loses Rs 3 crore on gaming app, FIR filed against CEO

BENGALURU: A private company employee lost crores of rupees on an online gaming app. The employee, Nishant Shrivastava , lost Rs 3 crore on an online gaming app.

An FIR has been registered against the CEO of Pocket52, Gameskraft, and others based on the complaint filed by Nishant, who has alleged that the app’s administrators cheated him of his money.

The complaint states that the app’s administrators allowed him to win small bets, but when he placed larger bets, they manipulated the game to make him lose. The administrators also allegedly refused to provide information about the game’s tables.

The complaint further alleges that the app has several loopholes and lacks security measures, allowing the administrators to misuse players’ money. Nishant claims that he has been cheated by the app and has lost his money.

The complaint has been filed with the Cyber crimes, Economic & Narcotic offences (CEN), alleging that Packet52 has cheated several gullible customers. Nishant urged the authorities to take legal action against the CEOs of Pocket52, GamesKraft, and others for their roles in engaging in blatant fraudulent activities.
