BENGALURU: The Supreme Court will hear the prosecution plea against grant of bail to actor Darshan and six others on January 24. The Karnataka police had challenged the High Court’s decision to grant bail to the accused.
Actor Darshan, Pavitra Gowda, and five others, including Nagendra, Lakshman, Anukumar, Jagadish, Pradeep were granted bail by the High Court. The police filed an appeal against the bail order in the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court will decide whether to uphold or cancel the bail order.
