MYSURU: Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, who is on the campaign train, savoured dosa and idlis for breakfast at the Mylari Agrahara hotel here on Wednesday morning. She was accompanied by AICC general secretary in charge of Karnataka, Randeep Singh Surjewala, and KPCC president D K Shivakumar.

Not only did Priyanka Gandhi relish the dosa, she even prepared a dosa herself in the hotel kitchen. “I had idli and dosa, it was very good. I learnt how to make it also”, she told reporters waiting outside. She also interacted with the hotel owner and his family members.

Priyanka Gandhi also interacted with the owners of Mylari Agrahara hotel.

Hotel owner Lokesh said Priyanka had one benne dosa and one idli. “We are happy that she came to our hotel and had breakfast. Impressed with the taste, she herself entered the kitchen. Seeing me prepare dosas, she too tried her hand at it. She asked me about how to make dosas and said she too will try making it. There was a separate place for them, but she chose to sit along with others. She also promised to bring her daughter to our hotel”, he added.
