VIJAYAPURA: The police have registered a suo motu case against three people for playing song asking to remove police for 15 minutes during the Eid Milad procession taken out here on August 5.
During the procession, the song “15 minute ke liye police ko hata lo” was playing to DJ music. Following this, the police registered a case at the Gandhi Chowk police station based on a complaint by police officer G K Devakar who monitors social media.
The complaint names the owner of the vehicle carrying the music unit, the DJ operator and M T Tousif, the owner of an Instagram handle on which the video had been uploaded.
