BENGALURU: In the wake of the Goa nightclub tragedy, the city police have released a set of guidelines for pubs, bars and restaurants ahead of the New Year celebrations.

Young crowds are already gearing up to welcome the New Year in Silicon City. The police have issued these guidelines twenty days before the festivities begin after senior officers held a meeting with owners of pubs, bars and restaurants and have imposed strict rules for the New Year celebrations.
