CHITRADURGA: An undertrial in a POCSO case died after he developed chest pain on Wednesday. He was declared brought dead at a hospital.
Ramesh (36), a resident of Kagalagere in Holalkere taluk, was arrested in a POCSO case and was undergoing trial. Early on Wednesday morning, he complained of chest pain and was shifted to the district hospital. However, he died enroute.
The family was informed about his death early on Wednesday. A case has been registered at the Chitradurga Town police station.
