VIJAYAPURA: The Vijayapura cyber crime police have arrested a pervert who would post edited obscene photos and videos of minor girls on social media.
The arrested has been identified as Abdul Gaur and a case has been registered at the CEN police station. The accused has opened 12 different accounts on social media platforms with fake names, the police said.
Vijayapura Superintendent of Police H D Ananda Kumar said, “Of late, some perverted youths have been uploading obscene and violent videos on social media platforms. We have so far arrested 13 people videos of minors, sexual abuse of minors, etc., after tracking their social media accounts”.
He also warned that strict action will be taken against those who post sexually explicit, violent, inflammatory and provocative videos.
