Over 15 students from Kerala hurt after bus overturns

The bus overturned after going over a speed breaker.

HASSAN: More than 15 students, mostly girls, were injured after a private bus in which they were travelling overturned near the Morarji School in Baraguru of Arkalgud taluk on Tuesday night.

Four buses were carrying students from Kerala on an excursion. One of the buses, which had over 45 students, lost control while crossing a speed breaker near Morarji Desai School in Baraguru, resulting in the accident.

More than 15 students, all girls from Kerala, were injured and were admitted to Arkalgud Taluk Hospital for treatment. The Arkalgud police visited the scene, but no case has been registered so far.
