BENGALURU: The Customs officials at the Kempegowda International Airport (KIA) have arrested a Kenyan woman who was smuggling in drugs worth crores concealed in her person.
The woman arrived from Adis Ababa by a Ethiopian Airlines flight and based on specific information, she was intercepted. The woman was carrying drugs concealed in capsulses. The drugs weighed 1.14 kg.
After recovering all the capsules, the Customs officials handed her over to the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) for further proceedings.
