BIDAR: Two youths died after the motorcycle they were riding on crashed into a tree after the rider lost control near Jambagi Cross in Aurad taluk on Sunday night. The deceased are Hanumanthappa Channappa (23) and Ganesh Dhanraj (22).
Hanumanthappa and Ganesh, along with two other friends, were heading to Santhpur to celebrate the former’s birthday when the accident occurred. The two others who were seriously injured have been admitted to a hospital.
The Santhpur police have registered a case and taken up further investigation.
