DAVANAGERE/VIJAYANAGAR: One person was killed and 20 others were injured after a KSRTC bus met with an accident in Vijayanagar here on Thursday. The injured have been shifted to Davangere district hospital.
The deceased woman has been identified as Hanumakka (45) of Sattur village.
According to the police, the incident occurred near Suttur village in the Vijayanagar area, where the bus slid off the road and overturned. The KSRTCÂ bus was going from Davanagere to Harappanahalli.
