Murder accused complains of stomachache, taken to hospital

BENGALURU: A murder accused, Vignesh, who allegedly killed his girlfriend for refusing his proposal, complained of stomach pain at the police station.

The police, taking his condition seriously, rushed him to the hospital for treatment. Now, the Sri Rampura police are preparing to produce Vignesh in court and take him into custody after he underwent a scan as advised by doctors.

The accused, Vignesh, killed Yamini Priya by slitting her throat and stabbed her multiple times in the face with a knife after she rejected his marriage proposal.

Vignesh had previously harassed Yamini, and she had filed a complaint against him, leading to a warning from the police. The rejection led to the brutal attack, and Vignesh was arrested along with his friend Harish, who allegedly helped him flee the crime scene.
