Motorist dragged out of car, beaten up in road rage incident on Sarjapur Road

BENGALURU: Despite City Police Commissioner B Dayananda’s strict warning against road rage, another such incident involving two car drivers was reported on September 27 on Sarjapur Road. One of the car drivers was also assaulted by the driver of the other car and his companion.

The entire incident was caught on the dashcam of the victim’s car, who uploaded it on X and tagged the traffic police and the police commissioner. However, the provocation for the attack was unclear.

In a series of posts on X by shreyansh shrey (@shreyansh_shrey), the victim’s car can be seen going past the attackers’ Skoda car following which the latter trails him for some distance.

The duo them emerge from their car when the traffic stops, approach the victim and abuse him in foul language. They then pull him out of his car and thrash him, raining punches, until some other passing motorists intervene.
