BENGALURU: The Jayanagar police have arrested two miscreants, including a minor in conflict with the law, who used to harass pedestrians by screaming, shouting and hurling expletives at them.

They also targeted lone pedestrians and couples.

The duo used to set out on a motorcycle and would yell when they came near aged people, women and young girls. They also would use abusive language. They recorded videos of the act and posted it on social media.

The police, who tracked the videos, found out that the youths would move around National College and arrested the duo.
