BELAGAVI : Karnataka Housing minister Zameer Ahemad Khan broke the glass top of a podium during his charged election speech in Belagavi today.
Zameer Ahmed was campaigning for Congress Lok Sabha candidate Mrinal Hebbalkar at KGN Hall in Gokak. The minister seemed to be furious during his speech, and punched the podium with his hand, breaking the glass top.
Zameer banged on the glass top while loudly saying, “We are all one… Saare jahan se achha. Desh hamara hai, hamara hai”. The gathered party activists were raising slogans when he broke the glass top.
