Metro train halted for half an hour after a man crosses viadict

BENGALURU : Metro train service halted for half an hour between Mysuru Road and Challagatta. Metro service was suspended on Kengeri Marg from 3.00 to  3:30 in the afternoon as an unidentified man crossed the metro viaduct.

The activity of the man was captured on a CCTV camera. As soon as the Metro officers noticed the man, they blocked the service in an emergency. The metro traffic was resumed at 4 o’clock as normal.

Metro passengers at the Kengeri metro station suffered due to halted metro service. BMRCL officials have stopped the metro service by turning off the power as high voltage power passes near metro tracks.

The Metro officials look out for an unidentified person.
