CHIKKAMAGALUR: A man who had gone missing at the Kumbh Mela six months ago has been reunited with his family at Tangali village in Kadur taluk. He was rescued by the Sharada Rehabilitation Centre of Mumbai.
Narasmihamurthy, a priest at the Chennakeshava temple in Tangali village, had gone to Prayagraj with his son Badrinath and other family members and had gone missing on January 28. A search for 3-4 days by the family yielded nothing.
Badrinath brought the other family members back home and then again went in search of his father. But he could not locate his father. The Sharada Rehabilitation Centre, which rescued Narasimhamurthy, brought him back home to Tangali village and reunited him with his family.
