CHIKKODI: Two men were stabbed to death by a man in a drunken state after violent fight broke out between them in front of Padma Bar in Chikkodi town on Thursday night..
The deceased have been identified as Nandu Chauhan (47) and Mohan Harihara (34). The accused Bala Saheb stabbed his friends over some financial dispute.
All the three people are resident of Indra Nagar. A fight broke out between the friends over money, and ended in the murder of two people.
The accused is undergoing treatment at Chikkodi government hospital. The bodies of the deceased were shifted to Belagavi Institute of Medical Sciences (BIMS) for post-mortem examination.
