HASSAN: Upset over domestic issues, a man ended his life by shooting himself with his licenced gun at Bachihalli village in Sakleshpur taluk on Thursday. The deceased was identified as Karunakar (40).
It is said that Karunakar’s mother and wife would not get along and hence, the mother lived separately. Karunakar, a coffee grower, was said to be deeply affected by this. On Thursday morning, he took his weapon and killed himself.
Karunakar is survived by his mother, wife and a daughter. The Yeslur police visited the spot and have registered a case. The body was sent to Crawford Hospital in Sakleshpur for post-mortem examination.
