BENGALURU: A man died due to alleged medical negligence at Madhu Hospital in Dasarahalli on Wednesday morning. The deceased has been identified as Satish (24).
On Sunday, Satish was drunk and got injured after a fall. A piece of glass had pierced his hand, cutting a nerve. He had lost a lot of blood and was taken to Madhu Hospital.
The doctors at the hospital said that a surgery was needed to fix the injury and the family members agreed. The surgery was performed successfully on Monday and Satish even spoke to the family members post-surgery. On Wednesday morning, he suddenly died. The family members alleged that he died due to medical negligence of the doctors and staff at the hospital.
A case has been registered at KP Agrahara police station.
