BENGALURU: A man, who had been arrested for house theft a few days ago, ended his life by slitting his throat near Jakkur in Amruthahalli police limits. The deceased was identified as Mohan Kumar.
Mohan Kumar had stolen gold from a relative’s house and was arrested by the V V Puram police after the stolen gold was recovered from his house. He had revealed about the theft during questioning.
Mohan’s relative had also picked a quarrel with him regarding the theft. It is suspected that he may have been upset over the developments and slit his throat. The Amruthahalli police have registered a case.
