BENGALURU: A woman and several young girls were shocked when they discovered a hidden camera in the women’s toilet at Sandhya Theatre in Madiwala. The incident occurred while they were watching the movie ‘Naku Nachave’.
The locals caught the accused, Rajesh, and handed him over to the police after beating him up. The police have registered an FIR against Rajesh, Kamal and the theatre management under relevant sections. The complaint was filed by a woman techie who alleged that Rajesh was recording private videos of women in the toilet.
The initial investigation revealed that Rajesh had several private videos of young girls on his mobile phone, raising suspicions that he had been involved in such activities for several days. The police are further investigating the matter, and the accused is in custody.
