MANGALURU: Mahesh Shetty Thimarodi, one of the alleged conspirators in the fake Dharmasthala mass burial case, has gone underground after being externed from the area. The police went to his home in Ujire to serve the externment notice, but he was not found.
The police have served the notice on his home and made a public announcement about the externment order through a microphone in Ujire town. The announcement stated that Mahesh Shetty Thimarodi has been externed to Manvi police station limits in Raichur district from today until September 16, 2026.
The police have made the announcement publicly, stating that Mahesh Shetty Thimarodi has been externed from the Puttur sub-division area and must stay within the Manvi police station limits during the externment period.
