BENGALURU: A lift at the Kengeri metro station has broken down, causing problems for commuters. The lift has been malfunctioning for the past six months, but no repairs have been undertaken. This is causing difficulties for the public, especially senior citizens who find it hard.
Neither the Bengaluru Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) nor the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) have taken any steps to fix the issue, leaving commuters to face problems with the dysfunctional lift at the Metro station.
