BENGALURU: A leopard was killed in an accident near Dasanapura in Nelamangala on the Bengaluru-Mumbai national highway.
The roadkill occurred when the leopard came to the village in search of food. A case has been filed under Nelamangala police station.
In another incident, a two-wheeler rider died on the spot after falling off the vehicle. The incident took place near the post office in Bengaluru North taluk while he was traveling towards Bengaluru via the Nelamangala route.
The rider sustained injuries after he fell on the road and he died due to excessive bleeding. A case has been registered at the Nelamangala traffic police station.
