BENGALURU: Lawyer K N Jagadish Kumar, who was absconding without attending the court in a case despite a warrant, has been arrested from Goa by Kodigehalli police.
Despite an arrest warrant being issued, Jagadish did not appear in court. Jagadish was traced in Goa and is being brought to Bengaluru by police.
A case of abuse in the name of caste was registered against Jagadish in 2022, and a non-bailable warrant was issued against him. However, he was absconded.
