BENGALURU: Lahari Music Company chief Lahari Velu visited actor Sudeep’s residence in JP Nagar on Sunday after hearing about his mother’s demise.
Speaking to the media after paying his last respects, Velu said, “It’s unbearable to see Sudeep in such distress. We’ve known his mother for many years; she was always smiling and took great care of us whenever we visited. We knew her even before Sudeep entered the industry. Her passing is deeply saddening”.
Sudeep’s mother, who was suffering from pneumonia, passed away earlier today (Oct 20) at a private hospital. Despite best efforts, she did not respond to treatment and breathed her last.
Lahari Velu conveyed his condolences, praying that May God grant strength to Sudeep and his family to bear this loss.
