“After Sankranti, we will discuss with Chief Minister Siddaramaiah about the milk price hike. The additional 50 ml of milk which was being supplied after hiking the price by Rs 2 will also be discontinued and the price reduced. At that time, milk production was in excess and we didn’t want it to go waste as dairy farmers would suffer. Now, the production has stabilised”, he said.
